What Is the Gathering of Israel — and Why Does It Matter?
Israel means God’s covenant people—not a country.
God promised Abraham that his descendants (through his grandson Jacob, or “Israel”) would bless all nations by helping others come to Him.
–See Genesis 22:18
Though scattered, they’re being gathered again in the last days—spiritually and literally—by inviting people to follow Jesus Christ, make sacred covenants, and join His spiritual family.
This gathering prepares the world for Christ’s return. Modern prophets call it the most important work happening on earth today.

That person follows Christ.
What We Solve
Missionaries spend most of their time trying to find people to teach.
We fill their time with people ready to meet.
It takes up to 3 weeks for people to connect with missionaries after submitting a form.
We connect people in less than 6 hours.
Members of the Church would like to participate in missionary work, but don't know how.
We give members the opportunity to directly contribute to missionary connections, as 100% of donations fund ads while Gathering Israel operates solely through volunteer efforts.

Israel is a devout young Christian who lives with his family and is deeply loved by his neighbors. As a self-employed individual, he values opportunities to expand his knowledge of the gospel of Jesus Christ. His warm and friendly nature makes him a joy to be around.
On February 19th he met with the missionaries and eagerly engaged in learning more about the restored gospel. His journey has just begun, and we are excited to see how his faith continues to grow.

Our mission
“Israel” was the new name of Jacob, Abraham’s grandson, and refers to God’s covenant people—not the modern country. God promised they’d be gathered in the last days by learning about Jesus Christ.
That’s what we do: invite others to learn of Him. Our initiative is independent to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, but we help fulfill that prophecy.
